Jour 1, Arrivée à Marrakech

Vous serez accueillis à l'aéroport, votre chauffeur vous conduira à votre lieu d'hébergement, typique d'un riad au coeur de Marrakech. Le reste de la journée est libre.
Day 2, Marrakech – Aȉt Ben-Haddou

In Marrakech, you will be picked up at your riad. Start your morning with a scenic drive over the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m), enjoying the varied landscapes along the way. In the afternoon, visit the stunning Kasbah of Aït Ben-Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most picturesque locations. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel in Aït Ben-Haddou.

Jour 3, à Travers les montagnes rocheuses du désert à l'oasis de Foum Zguid

Today, drive over the High Atlas Mountains to Agdz at the edge of the Draa Valley, known for its vast palm groves. Visit the Ksars of Tamnougalt before a long journey through the foothills of the Anti-Atlas. Pass through timeless villages, enjoy stunning views of the unique landscape, traverse stony mountain deserts, and cross large wadis. Continue via Taznacht to the oasis of Foum Zguid.

Day 4, Foum Zguid – Tafraout

Today, continue your journey through a barren desert landscape, passing through the oases of Tata and Amtoudi. In the afternoon, arrive in Tafraout, one of Morocco’s most beautiful areas. The granite rock formations here are often likened to Spain’s Montserrat or meteorite rocks. In the Ammels Valley, where a diligent Berber tribe resides, the villages are particularly striking—either blending seamlessly with the rocks or painted in delicate pink hues.

Jour 5 Tafraout.

Today is free for you to explore the surrounding area. For example, the fertile Ammeln valley, with its many almond trees that bloom in February. Also worth seeing is the village of Agerd Oudad and the rocks painted in 1984 by the Belgian-French artist Jean Vérame.

Day 6, Tafraout – Tiznit – Sidi Ifni

Today you will continue to Sidi Ifni through the Anti-Atlas Mountains, via the silver town of Tiznit. You will undertake a short city tour before continuing along the Atlantic coast to your destination today.

Day 7, Sidi Ifni – Taroudannt

After breakfast, set off for Taroudant, the former capital of the Saadians, founded in the 15th century. This charming town, encased in massive ocher clay walls, resembles a smaller version of Marrakech. Once the capital of the Souss region before Agadir’s rise, Taroudant’s ideal location between the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas mountains provides a stunning backdrop of snow-capped peaks in winter.

Jour 8, Retour à Marrakech et vol de retour

After breakfast, drive back to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains for your flight home.
